Been tired as hell for the past few days, dragging my lifeless body around for the sake of PW. The only time you see me a little more lively is when I can’t really take it anymore and have to let loose. Other than that, I am most likely thinking about random stuff while staring blankly at computer monitors.

Finally a PW free day at home, going to see if I can get some extra shut-eye today. Anything before 11 would be awesome. Whatever tan I go is already fading away, crazy eyebags are back.

And wtf, I can’t find my thumbdrive.

Desperately trying to find things to make my OP slides less boring. Currently failing hard and pretty much resorting to pictures of more fat people. Damn

The PW sessions are getting a little irritating, just going to school for non-stop PW is just fucking retarded. Not to mention totally not effective, the internet connection is shite, even with an ethernet cable it takes ages to load anything other than Google.

Oh oh. And. After moderation, I think, I frigging passed Chinese! Unless my Chinese teacher lied to me of course. A little wary of it though, why is there moderation for Chinese in the first place? It’s not even counted for the promos. Hmm

I tried being a good student and sit through the Chinese Lecture. Managed to stay awake during the first hour albeit really only due to drawing on a lone piece of paper. Wanted to upload it but I realise that some things I draw sub-consciously can be rather disturbing, but at least drawings of demons have improved….. a little.

Zonked out during the second half. Could not take it at all.

So I really can’t say that I have been giving my 100% for PW today. But what the hey, after about 30 minutes of trying, with loads of luck and shit, managed to get the high score for Bejewelled Blitz. The end was just win, explosions everywhere that kept going on as blocks continued to fall.

Uber rush in ze morning to get the WR photo-copied. Meh. Woke up late again. There seems to be a curse, any phone that ends up in my possession, somehow or rather will eventually lose it’s ability to ring.

Crazy as Hell

I just heard epic 987 song request on the radio. Didn’t really catch the school but can guess it to be Maris Stella. No other school is as strange (see: awesome) to name their students “Angels in Disguise, Champions, Heroes etc etc”.

Woke up early to watch UFC 104, mainly interested in the match between Shogun and Machida. Fan of both, tilted slightly towards Shogun. Kind of worried at first, but then it soon let up as Shogun began to totally work Machida on the feet, in my eyes, easily winning the decision. Then the decision came out, Machida won by decision. Judges were blind, clearly. Shogun got robbed. WAR SHOGUN!

Bubble-gum-ish is kind of creepy. Constants, without letting up, are like 6 cones of candy floss down, it’s nice at first but sweetness is overwhelming.

Maris Stella High School’s (MSHS) Brother Anthony Tan, 62, will be retiring after 25 years at the helm. His current vice-principal, Mr Joseph Lim, will be stepping into the role.

Luckily we left last year, a changed Maris Stella is probably gonna have a culture the same as any other neighbourhood school.

Have not been blogging due to, in no particular order, random PW stuff, Bejewelled, Icy Tower and Slinkies. Pissed off at the fact that my high score for Bejewelled was reset and every time the notification comes up that someone has gotten higher than me, inner-rage occurs and I waste a few more hours trying to 1-UP it, usually failing many, many times.

So, indirectly, anyone who passes my high score is wasting my life. How do you sleep at night?
Oh, and my high-score was a little below eleventy-billion (May or may not be true)

WR was a bitch to edit. Trying to cut down on 314 words actually meant reading your WR many times for 3 or 4 hours and attempting to change details here and there so it accumulates in the end.
Then again, I have to edit the WR further now so, happy fun times. Really.

Paper 1 – 36/50
Yeah….. Massive panic attacks before getting it back since I wrote it extremely one-sided-ly. For some reason, I didn’t fail, must thank some Mrs Tan for that.
Paper 2 – 25.5/30
Pure WTF. AQ was shite, I think the teacher actually wrote “rubbish” over there. Didn’t even know that Stem Cell was actually some form of Cloning, so my arguments were kind of stupid.

Maths – B
Nothing much, lost a lot of stupid marks here and there. Should have read up more on the mock paper.

Econs – D
Case Study – 19/30
Pissed off at the fact that the paper wrote 6 twice, cancelled them both and replaced them with 3 marks. That’s 10% gone.
Essay – 19/50
I had L1s flying left and right. Psch.
A teacher told me I got C after moderation, but….. Damn

Chemistry – I have no idea about the percentages. Hopefully a C
MCQ – 15/30
Paper 2 – 21/40
Section B – 8/20

So I didn’t get 10 for Paper 3, still, I think I did one of the worst for Paper 3 for the entire J1 cohort.

Chinese – S – 69/160
FUUUUUUU. 3 more marks to an E. And I gave away 4 marks for not writing the title for my compo. Don’t even know if I have to taking CLB next year, which would totally suck.

H2-  BCD       H1 – BC(?)S

More or less improved over my MYE with the exception of Chinese and GP. Sian. Things I learned:

• Going into a Physics exam without a pencil is kind of dumb
• My MCQ is not as hopeless as before
• Write the question down for Chinese Compos
• Stop drawing smiley faces all over some of the papers, does nothing to increase your score
• Banking it all on Econs while leaving Physics to die was stupid as I fucked up the former and did better than the latter. In short, priorities must be straightened out.
• Creative and witty answers are generally frowned upon

Wanted to start blogging at around 9, ended up starting at 2330. Pfft. Bejewelled Blitz is my new poison, which is weird considering that it is actually managing to stave of my want to buy new games off Steam. Something about the explosions seem to keep me going on and on for hours on end. And I can’t ever beat my high score. Crap. Jumping off the Mousehunt bandwagon

Nothing much happened today. Went cycling with Lawrence and KaShing. Saw lots of random crap while cycling like epic slow motion falling down man and pissed off Korean lady screaming with an appropriate stereotypical laundromat accent.

Arcade-d when we had nothing to do. Ghost Squad for 50c? Don’t mind if I do. Played punching game which sucked up 2 bucks cause I was venting my frustration (Got the high score, just saying). Yeah. Short sentences win

Random Destruction

So I pretty much guesstimated my marks given the MCQ answers. Hey, first time I didn’t fail Paper 1 in a very, very, VERY long time. So, assuming I manage to scrape like 20% on my Paper 3 (That’s how much I screwed up P3) and do like reasonably well for my Paper 2, that would mean…. A PASS! YAY! WOOT!

Hopefully, calculations do not fall short and I retain. Seriously, this or Econs had better pass GDI

Anyway.

I am fine with loaded questions but what I really hate, and I am sure I have mentioned this before, are questions that are more like orders. Not in the, I am asking nicely way, but questions like “Do you want to ___”, “Wanna go to ___” etc etc. Answering “No” comes with the immediate response “Why?”

Why? Because you asked a question and I do not want to.Might as well just order me around like some stringed puppet

Loaded questions are fine since I can try and pre-empt the hidden motive and give a more low(?) answer. It’s annoying as hell but people seem to have this idea wrapped around their hates that just because you asked nicely, I’ll do it. Nope, there’s a reason why you are asking nicely, because you know that I am gonna say no in the first place.

And then there’s the follow-up that makes me seem like an anti-social bastard just ’cause I gave the un-nice answer. That’s just wrong.

Getting excited over random stuff is actually a very tricky thing to handle. Depends on the time, place, event and company you have around you at the moment. It’s a lot easier to get high when things are coming to an end and winding down, which is weird considering most would expect this to happen at the start. Also, when we are bored we begin to play in relatives, so the more sian we are, previously not as interesting stuff begin to be more appealing.

Didn’t have the right flow. Make what you will. Hmm

Oh yeah and PW lessons are gonna suck big time. Time to come up with stuff to do doing the down-time.
